This unit has been rated an "A" by the property management company. It has a 2nd floor entry with a fantastic view of Baldy. Roomy Kitchen with lots of counter space, open living and dining room. New wooden dining table that seats 6 with a bar seating two. Master bath has a double sink and jetted tub.

"Unit #8 itself and view was spectacular. Complex Hot tub was broken and never totally fixed. The hot tub was one of our requirements that was not met adequetly." Mike, Thousand Oaks, CA. 4 out of 5

"The Bridgepoint property was excelent. The only issue was that the radiant foor heating take about 8 hours to bring the living area to 68 degrees in the winter. We did have a problem with the arranged transportation from the airport. Our plane could not land in Haley so we were bussed in from Boise and got to the Haley Airport at 3AM. We could not contact the shuttle because of "after hours" phone message, so we had to pay $80 for a taxi which we were lucy to get. Also the Bridgepoint location did not have a street number nor was it marked from the street so it took the driver and us 30 minutes to find the building and unit. Cancellation/Deposit Policy:
Full payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. There is no charge for cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival. Cancellations made 30 to 14 days before arrival will qualify for a 50% refund or 100% of payment can be applied to a future reservation within a year. Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival are not refundable. (May vary with specials & packages)

Some notes about amenities

Pets: Pets are only allowed in units marked as pet friendly and only with notice to InIdaho at time of reservation.  Pets may require an additional fee and may only be allowed in specific units.  Undeclared pets are subject to extra charges and possible eviction from unit without refund.

Air conditioning:  Most vacation rentals in Idaho do not have air conditioning.  Even on warm days, mountain properties generally enjoy cool evening temperatures so air conditioning is not the "norm".  If air conditioning is not listed in the amenities list, the unit does not have air conditioning.   Generally, it is best to close all windows and shades during the hot days, and then open windows in evening when it cools off.

All amenities are always subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed.
Please note that amenities such as hot tubs and pools are especially susceptible to closure for maintenance.  While we understand that our customers often choose a property based on amenities, we can not offer any discounts or refunds based on an amenity not being available during your stay.
