Kitchen: Spacious, with marble tile countertops and breakfast bar with two bar stools. The range is a gas, four-burner. There is a microwave, a dishwasher, and an automatic icemaker.
Dining Room: Designer wood table seats eight, and there is extra seating for two at the breakfast bar.
Living Room: The plush living room is very attractively furnished and focuses the eye toward the cobblestone gas log fireplace and media center. There is a 36-inch TV with VCR and a CD/Cassette stereo system.

Cancellation/Deposit Policy:
25% deposit is due at time of booking. The final balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival day. If a booking is made on or less than 60 days before your arrival day, full payment will be due upon booking. If you cancel 60 days or more prior to your arrival day, a full refund will be issued less a $200 cancellation fee. No refunds once you are 59 days or less prior to your arrival day. (May vary with specials & packages)
