This chic, two-story guest home is located between downtown Ketchum and the Warm Springs Lifts, putting you in a great spot for all the area has to offer!
You will walk into the main level which has the kitchen, living room, dining area, and a half bathroom. Upstairs is where you will find the sleeping quarters consisting of a king bed, a large seating area with a couple of couches, a desk for a workspace, a walk-in closet, and a full bathroom. The shower doubles as a steam room!
Enjoy a lovely summer evening out on the deck with a beautifully landscaped yard or stay inside and enjoy watching your favorite movies or TV shows on the flatscreen TV whether from the living room area or the dining area since the TV is located right between them both for your convenience. The kitchen is also elegantly decorated with modern steel appliances, granite countertops, and everything you may need to whip up some homemade meals.
Things to Note: This home has a steep spiral staircase with no banister and is not suitable for older individuals or children.
Parking Notes: 1 parking spot on Canyon Blvd. The homeowner lives next door and parks in the garage. Please park on the left side so he can get his car out. The parking of trailers is not allowed. This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".

Cancellation Policy: To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations. (May vary with packages)
