Description:
This is a fantastic five-bedroom home located in the desirable neighborhood of Spring Mountain Ranch. Guests will have access to the outdoor seasonal pool, hot tub, and tennis courts with this property. There is plenty of room for 3 families making this an ideal vacation rental. A nice spacious deck with gas BBQ and a seasonal fire pit completes the outdoor space.
On the main floor is the master bedroom with a queen bed and a TV with a DVD player. The master bath has a walk-in shower and dual vanity. Upstairs in the second bedroom, there is a king bed and a queen bed along with a TV and DVD player. The third bedroom, which is directly off the second bedroom, has a bunk bed set up with a full bed on the bottom and twin on top. The fourth and fifth bedrooms are also upstairs and each has queen-sized beds in them. There is a loft area with a 42" flat screen with cable TV, wet bar, full bath, and queen-sized sofa sleeper.
Parking Notes: 2 small cars can park in the garage and 2 may park in the driveway. Not suitable for trailers.
Things to Note: This home sleeps 15 people in beds, but will allow up to 16.

Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations. (May vary with packages)
