Why stay at a hotel when you can enjoy the privacy of your own townhouse? Here in this Boise vacation rental you have a full kitchen, partial mountain views, and private laundry facilities, yet you still get access to a shared pool!
Just two blocks from Bown Crossing, this townhouse is within easy distance of some wonderful restaurants. Sports-lovers will appreciate the proximity to Bogus Basin Ski Resort, a quick 23 mile drive north. It's not far to the heart of Boise, either—just five miles away!
Bright and cheerful, the living areas are a great place to spend a lazy afternoon. Start a flickering fire in the wood fireplace, then put some music on the stereo and have a board game tournament. On a rainy day, stay in and watch cable, or use the WIFI or provided cookbooks to look up a recipe for dinner.
The kitchen features ample prep space on granite counters and plenty of fun extras for when you want to try something a bit ambitious. In the morning, brew some coffee to get yourself started then toss ingredients into the slow cooker for an easy and delicious meal. There's a blender where you can make fresh fruits and veggies into smoothies or cold soups, and a dishwasher to cut down on clean-up time.
When you've prepared your meal, you can choose between enjoying it inside at the table or taking it outside to the private patio. We suggest the latter—fresh air makes everything taste better!
Both bedrooms are located on the second floor. There is one bathroom on the main level of this townhome (PLEASE NOTE: this is a unique style bathroom referred to as a "wet room" with an open-concept shower stall - please see photos). The second full bathroom is on the second floor with access through the master bedroom, as well as the hall way.
Make sure to set aside some time to frolic in the newly opened shared pool. Please be aware, though, that it is only open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
Nighttime is as comfortable as it can be in the plush queen beds found in both bedrooms. The master bedroom even has a private balcony with views of the nearby foothills! This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".

Cancellation Policy: To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations. (May vary with packages)
