Description:
This three-bedroom, three-bath smartly appointed townhome is ideally located on the White Clouds golf course and within walking distance to hiking, biking and the Sun Valley Nordic Center. This townhome has three levels and is not handicap accessible. On the lower level you have a bedroom with a queen bed and the laundry room. The middle level has the kitchen, living, dining, wet bar and wine refrigerator and one bedroom with a queen and bathroom. The upper level has the master bedroom with a king and private bath and balcony.

This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a $25.00 fee. Deposits will be forfeited if canceling less than 30 days prior to arrival. Sun Valley Resort policy is to charge for "no shows" as well as early departures made within 7 days of arrival. For all reservations between December 24th and December 31st, there is a 60 days cancellation policy, at which time the reservation cannot be cancelled nor shortened. (May vary with packages)
