Description:
This 6 bedroom, 6 bath cottage has wonderful views and is located near West Lake Road, a short 5-minute walk from the Lodge.
There is a large living room with a rock fireplace and a bar with seating for four. The bar opens onto a deck with a jacuzzi. There is a small family room, laundry room and a 2 car garage. The kitchen has new appliances and is very spacious. The dining area seats six.
The master bedroom has a king bed and small office. Master bath has a split sink area with two vanities separated by a wall, two toilets, a bidet, jacuzzi bathtub, large steam shower and sauna. Three other bedrooms each have a single queen bed. The last two bedrooms each have two twin beds. This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a $25.00 fee. Deposits will be forfeited if canceling less than 30 days prior to arrival. Sun Valley Resort policy is to charge for "no shows" as well as early departures made within 7 days of arrival. For all reservations between December 24th and December 31st, there is a 60 days cancellation policy, at which time the reservation cannot be cancelled nor shortened.
