This two-story home is located on an acre of property in the exclusive Northwood area of Ketchum, consisting of four bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths that can accommodate up to eight guests. There are over one hundred windows, creating a magnificent open feeling that gives lots of natural light to the home. High ceilings and windows are the theme throughout this house!

The main level houses the living area, kitchen, dining area, and two bedrooms. The main entrance is adjacent to a beautiful courtyard with a fountain that leads into a bright entry area with a spacious cedar closet. A glass door brings you to the hall with a half bath. To your right is the first, high-ceiling bedroom which has a queen bed, a flat-screen TV, and a door to the deck. The second bedroom has two twin beds. Both of these bedrooms share a single vanity sink and tub/shower combo bathroom in the hallway.

The living room has high ceilings, a spectacular stone fireplace, and a 60-inch flat-screen TV. The fully stocked, cherry wood and the custom southwest tiled kitchen have stainless steel appliances and a wrap-around counter island. A breakfast nook, located in the sunroom off of the kitchen, offers views of Baldy and a piano that leads out to the large, outdoor deck. Also located off the kitchen, is a large laundry room and pantry with a full-size washer/dryer. The open, formal dining area seats ten guests.

Upstairs, you'll find two master suites located down a beautiful sky bridge with great views! The first master bedroom has a king bed, a 45-inch flat-screen TV, and a sitting area. The en-suite bathroom is large and spacious with two sinks, a soaker tub, and a separate shower. The second master suite has a king bed and a 36-inch flat-screen TV. This en-suite bathroom has a single sink and a shower/tub combo.

Outside, you'll find a large deck with a gas grill and a large hot tub. The deck wraps around the back of the house and leads to the private hot tub.

Only minutes from downtown Ketchum, Sun Valley, and Bald Mountain, yet it feels as if you are deep in the woods. A short walk away is the Bigwood bakery, a scenic walk to the river, and a quick hike to Adams Gulch, which all can be done in the same morning from the driveway, along with the occasional deer or elk walking through the property.

Things to Note: The two woodstoves in the bedrooms are out-of-order and cannot be used, sorry for this inconvenience. There is access to fishing off Northwood Way and the Hemmingway's Home can be spotted. The shuttle that runs around town stops at Northwood Way and Saddle Rd.
