this is my favorite place to x-c ski, & I'm happy to pay park & trail fees, but I was disappointed that the grooming didn't seem to be a priority. I'm sure the trails were groomed first thing in the morning, but there was significant snowfall, & I expected to see a groomer SOMETIME on my tour, but had to break trail all day. I understand the weather is ALWAYS an unpredictability.........but for the influx of skiers during the wknds of winter carnival, I expected more effort to make the limited time some of us had to use the park as superior as possible. I'll certainly come again, but I may consider an alternative activity if the weather is similar NEXT season.

Comments:
Some of the cross-country trails aren't marked very well and we ended up going on an expert run and falling down a lot. I also ended up with bruises... stick to your maps and follow them closely.
But, it was a beautiful park and the trails we went on (with the exception of the expert one) were very easy and we enjoyed the scenery.
Try to show-shoeing also!!!
