This tri-level 3 bedroom/2.5 bath, ground entry townhome located in SW Ketchum on the bike path is very modern and will sleep up to 6 guests. On the main level is the living area with high ceilings for great light and offers a gas fireplace and 55-inch flat screen Smart TV. The kitchen is fully stocked and has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There are 3 bar stools at the bar. The dining room table seats 6 and has access to a nice patio area with an outdoor table and chairs and a gas grill. There is a small grassy area and easy access to the local bike path. Also located on this level is the half bath and laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer.
On the second level is the master bedroom with a king-size bed and a 45-inch flat-screen Smart TV. The bath has 2 sink vanity, a sunken jetted tub, a separate shower, and a large walk-in closet. On the upper level are the other bedrooms. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and a 45-inch flat-screen Smart TV. There is a small desk and chair for working if need be. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds (Which can be pushed together to make a king) and 45-inch flat-screen Smart TV. Both of these bedrooms have access to the full-size hallway bath with a single sink vanity and combo shower/tub. This condo does allow one dog for an additional charge of 35.00 per day. One dog only, please.

Cancellation/Deposit Policy:
A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the rent plus tax is due at the time of booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and is fully non-refundable at this time. If canceled outside of 31+ days you would lose the 10% deposit plus a $150 cancel fee. There will be no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. All no-shows are non-refundable. (May vary with specials & packages)

Some notes about amenities Pets:
Pets are only allowed in units marked as pet friendly and only with
notice to InIdaho at time of reservation. Pets may require an
additional fee and may only be allowed in specific units. Undeclared
pets are subject to extra charges and possible eviction from unit without
refund.
Air conditioning: Most vacation
rentals in Idaho do not have air conditioning. Even
on warm days, mountain properties generally enjoy cool evening temperatures
so air conditioning is not the "norm". If air conditioning is not
listed in the amenities list, the unit does not have air conditioning.
Generally, it is best to close all windows and shades during the hot days,
and then open windows in evening when it cools off.
All amenities are always subject to change without notice and are
not guaranteed. Please note that amenities such as hot tubs
and pools are especially susceptible to closure for maintenance.
While we understand that our customers often choose a property
based on amenities, we can not offer any discounts or refunds
based on an amenity not being available during your stay.
