This two-bedroom, two-bath condo is located on the second level of the complex and can accommodate up to 4 guests in comfortable, clean accommodations in its 1,000 sq. ft. of living space. This unit is located near the community pool and hot tub and also offers wireless internet.
There is a fully stocked kitchen with all the basic dishes you will need for home-cooked meals. The living room has Bald Mountain views, a 27-inch flat-screen TV/DVD, and a gas-ignited, wood-burning fireplace. The dining area seats four with additional seating for three at the breakfast bar.
The master bedroom has a king bed, a 20-inch TV, and an en-suite bath with a two-person jetted tub and separate shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds, a 20-inch TV, and a full bath with shower/tub combo.
Things to Note: This condo is being remodeled in Summer/Fall 2023, with estimated completion in January 2024.
Parking Notes: Underground parking is available for 1 vehicle only, per unit. Street parking is available for additional vehicles on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Unit 503AB General Policies:
Cancellation/Deposit Policy:
A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the rent plus tax is due at the time of booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and is fully non-refundable at this time. If canceled outside of 31+ days you would lose the 10% deposit plus a $150 cancel fee. There will be no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. All no-shows are non-refundable. (May vary with specials & packages)
