Description

Beach Level Unit (Sunday to Sunday in Summer)
This spacious, single-level 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo sleeps up to 6 people. This unit features a full kitchen, laundry, and a private balcony with amazing lake views. All bedrooms are on the main level.

This is a beach-level unit, so there are a few stairs leading down to the front door entry from the parking lot.

All condos have summer access to the outdoor pool and private beach.

Please Note: The dishwasher is currently out of order until further notice as of 6/23/22.

"We rented B-07 and B-08. The location is great. We enjoyed the pool, the large beach area, and the easy walk to town. The accomodations were good, except that the mattresses in B-08 were shot. Also, in B-08, the bottom of the hide-a-bed, when folded out, was literally falling apart. B-07 was fine and we would rent that unit again. " Jacquelyn 4 out of 5

Unit B-07 General Policies:

Cancellation/Deposit Policy:
$50.00 bookkeeping fee if cancelled anytime per unit. 25% Deposit is due at the time of booking. If cancelled 30-14 days before arrival the first night's lodging and a $50.00 processing fee are non-refundable. Final payment is due 14 days before arrival, if cancelled 14 days or less before arrival full balance is forfeited. When booking 9 months or more in advance, a 60-day cancellation policy applies. If the reservation is cancelled outside of 60 days before the first night's lodging and $50.00 processing fee is non-refundable (no tax included). If the reservation is cancelled 60 days or less prior, the full amount of the reservation is non-refundable. Any changes before 60 days will be charged a $50.00 change fee. (May vary with specials & packages)

Some notes about amenities
Pets: Pets are only allowed in units marked as pet friendly and only with notice to InIdaho at time of reservation.  Pets may require an additional fee and may only be allowed in specific units.  Undeclared pets are subject to extra charges and possible eviction from unit without refund.

Air conditioning:  Most vacation rentals in Idaho do not have air conditioning.  Even on warm days, mountain properties generally enjoy cool evening temperatures so air conditioning is not the "norm".  If air conditioning is not listed in the amenities list, the unit does not have air conditioning.   Generally, it is best to close all windows and shades during the hot days, and then open windows in evening when it cools off.

All amenities are always subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed.
Please note that amenities such as hot tubs and pools are especially susceptible to closure for maintenance.  While we understand that our customers often choose a property based on amenities, we can not offer any discounts or refunds based on an amenity not being available during your stay. Additionally, items such as Internet and television service is sometimes removed without notification to us.
