Description

Make your home on Schweitzer Mountain at this delightful ski condo! Located just minutes from Schweitzer Village and the ski lifts, this condo offers an ideal basecamp for a winter holiday. You'll also find it an ideal perch for any season, with easy access to hiking trails and mountain biking. Downtown Sandpoint and Lake Pend Oreille are only 12 miles away. The condo is equipped with a bubbling private hot tub to help you rest and recharge between outings. A variety of wintertime items and gear is provided, including snowshoes, sleds, ski/snowboard racks, and an electric boot warmer.

The condo comes well-appointed with all the contemporary comforts of the home, including a full kitchen, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer. A central gas fireplace in the living room provides an added touch of warmth and ambiance.

Things to Note: One of the smaller living room windows does not have blinds.

Unit 17 (Whiplash) General Policies:

Cancellation/Deposit Policy:
To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations. (May vary with specials & packages)

Some notes about amenities
Pets: Pets are only allowed in units marked as pet friendly and only with notice to InIdaho at time of reservation.  Pets may require an additional fee and may only be allowed in specific units.  Undeclared pets are subject to extra charges and possible eviction from unit without refund.

Air conditioning:  Most vacation rentals in Idaho do not have air conditioning.  Even on warm days, mountain properties generally enjoy cool evening temperatures so air conditioning is not the "norm".  If air conditioning is not listed in the amenities list, the unit does not have air conditioning.   Generally, it is best to close all windows and shades during the hot days, and then open windows in evening when it cools off.

All amenities are always subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed.
Please note that amenities such as hot tubs and pools are especially susceptible to closure for maintenance.  While we understand that our customers often choose a property based on amenities, we can not offer any discounts or refunds based on an amenity not being available during your stay. Additionally, items such as Internet and television service is sometimes removed without notification to us.
