Damage Waiver Fee
This waiver fee will cover accidental damages to the unit during a stay. If the damage to the property exceeds covered amount, the guest is responsible for the balance and the pre-authorized credit card we have on file will be charged. All damages must be reported to manager by each guest immediately in order for the waiver to cover the damage. This Damage Waiver does NOT cover intentional damage, theft, or excessive cleaning, or any damage or flea infestation caused by a pet.


Beautiful, newly constructed townhome with a modern flair in downtown McCall. Accommodate up to 9 guests within the 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. There are many amenities that are included with this unit, including a digital hub in the living room, Wi-Fi, Cable TV, Smart TVs, and Sonos surround sound throughout this home.

Fully equipped kitchen with gas oven/cooktop, built-in microwave, and prep-island that doubles as a dining counter. There is a dedicated dining area that overlooks an east-facing balcony with mountain views of the Payette National Forest and courtyard with water feature.

The living area has a fireplace and a 65" Smart TV with Cable that is sure to please both the romantic and sports enthusiast.

There is a large, toy-friendly garage and welcoming foyer are on the main level. The living, kitchen, dining, and powder room are on the mid-level, as well as a master suite with a king bed, and an attached bathroom with ambient heated floor and a walk-in closet. The upper level has a large, private guest room with a king bed, a walk-in closet, and a bunk room with a full-over-full bunk bed set and a pull-out twin trundle. There is a hall access, full-size bathroom with a tub on this floor as well.

Turn your back on the hubbub of downtown and catch a sunset on the west-facing balcony which can be accessed from the upstairs entertainment loft.

Unit 311 (Silverpine Hideaway) General Policies:

Cancellation/Deposit Policy:
DOES NOT ACCEPT Amex or Discover. Must be at least 25 years old and be an occupant the whole stay. A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is due at booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the stay (60 days if reserving a non-refundable property). If you cancel the reservation 60 days or more prior to the arrival date, a 5% penalty + $100 bookkeeping fee will apply. If you cancel on shorter notice than 60 days you will lose the entire reservation amount. NON-REFUNDABLE PROPERTIES include but are not limited to, Broken Ridge Ranch, Seasons at McCall, and all McCall lakefront properties: A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is due at booking and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival day, which will be fully non-refundable at this time. No refund for late arrivals or early departures. (May vary with specials & packages)

Some notes about amenities

Pets: Pets are only allowed in units marked as pet friendly and only with notice to InIdaho at time of reservation.  Pets may require an additional fee and may only be allowed in specific units.  Undeclared pets are subject to extra charges and possible eviction from unit without refund.

Air conditioning:  Most vacation rentals in Idaho do not have air conditioning.  Even on warm days, mountain properties generally enjoy cool evening temperatures so air conditioning is not the "norm".  If air conditioning is not listed in the amenities list, the unit does not have air conditioning.   Generally, it is best to close all windows and shades during the hot days, and then open windows in evening when it cools off.
