Centrally located in Terrace Lakes, just off the 14th Hole, Golfer's Delight is a great place to call home while you enjoy all the activities Garden Valley has to offer. This is an end unit surrounded by pines and is the perfect place for two couples or a small group.
The main level has a fully stocked kitchen, a half-bathroom with laundry, and a living area with plenty of room for games or watching movies on the DVD player. To cool off during the warmer days there are two A/C units within the condo.
Upstairs are two bedrooms, the master bedroom with a king and the other with a queen bed, as well as a full bathroom and a jetted tub to relax in after a day of adventures! The master bedroom also has a flat-screen TV with AppleTV for streaming.
Step out onto the two decks to enjoy the fresh mountain air. If the littles want to camp, there is a perfect hollow among the pines.
Things to Note: With this home, you will get a discount to the Terrace Lakes Geothermal Swimming Pool. There is no course access from this unit.
Parking Notes: There is plenty of extra parking, so you can bring an RV or your toys along.

Golfers Delight General Policies:
Cancellation/Deposit Policy:
All reservations require a 50% deposit. If your reservation is cancelled for any reason, you will be charged a non-refundable $50.00 fee. If you cancel 61 or more days prior to arrival, you will receive a refund, less a $50.00 cancellation fee. If you cancel less than 60 days prior to arrival, you will forfeit your deposit. If you cancel within 30 days of arrival, your total balance becomes non-refundable. Guests are responsible for all nights reserved regardless of late arrival or early departure. There are NO refunds if you NO-SHOW. (May vary with specials & packages)
