Description

Ideally situated, this rental is in Building D, which houses not only the hot tubs, but also the rec room, laundry facilities, and sauna. Ski directly to lifts three and five from the building's front door, and relish spectacular views of Boise Valley, Horseshoe Bend, and Shaffer and Bitterroot ski areas. When you want a little urban enjoyment, downtown Boise is less than 20 miles to the south.

The interior is cozy and comfortable with tasteful furnishings and décor, and an inviting living room that features a 39-inch flat screen TV, VHS player, and CD player. The bedroom also has a large flat screen TV and CD player as well, and free Wi-Fi is provided. Both full baths have a tub/shower, and the full kitchen has all the necessities for creating hearty home-cooked meals.

Bogus Basin Retreat (230 D) General Policies:

Cancellation/Deposit Policy:
To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations. (May vary with specials & packages)

Some notes about amenities
Pets: Pets are only allowed in units marked as pet friendly and only with notice to InIdaho at time of reservation.  Pets may require an additional fee and may only be allowed in specific units.  Undeclared pets are subject to extra charges and possible eviction from unit without refund.

Air conditioning:  Most vacation rentals in Idaho do not have air conditioning.  Even on warm days, mountain properties generally enjoy cool evening temperatures so air conditioning is not the "norm".  If air conditioning is not listed in the amenities list, the unit does not have air conditioning.   Generally, it is best to close all windows and shades during the hot days, and then open windows in evening when it cools off.

All amenities are always subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed.
Please note that amenities such as hot tubs and pools are especially susceptible to closure for maintenance.  While we understand that our customers often choose a property based on amenities, we can not offer any discounts or refunds based on an amenity not being available during your stay.
