Damage Waiver
$59
This waiver fee will cover accidental damages to the unit during a stay up to $1000-$3000. If the damage to the property exceeds covered amount, the guest is responsible for the balance and the pre-authorized credit card we have on file will be charged. All damages must be reported to manager by each guest immediately in order for the waiver to cover the damage. This Damage Waiver does NOT cover intentional damage, theft, or excessive cleaning, or any damage or flea infestation caused by a pet.
Description
The condo features a cozy living room with a woodstove stove (guests must provide their own wood) and a big-screen TV. Petite patio access from the living space opens onto a grassy common area. This property is just two doors down from the pool and is across from the tennis courts. Meals are hassle-free in the well-equipped modern kitchen. Beautiful cabinetry, stone countertop, stainless steel appliances, and creatively lit workspace with counter seating make "eating in" an experience for you and your guests. Don't feel like cooking? Nearby downtown McCall offers a variety of dining venues and is less than one mile away.
Inviting accommodations will house up to 10 people in three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The ground floor guest bedroom has a queen bed with a hall access bathroom. The upstairs guest bedroom with a king bed and full-size futon shares a hall access bathroom with the "bunkroom" that features two sets of twin bunk beds in the half-wall loft with a private door.

Unit 44 (Laid Back Lounge) General Policies:
Cancellation/Deposit Policy:
DOES NOT ACCEPT Amex or Discover. Must be at least 25 years old and be an occupant the whole stay. A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is due at booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the stay (60 days if reserving a non-refundable property). If you cancel the reservation 60 days or more prior to the arrival date, a 5% penalty + $100 bookkeeping fee will apply. If you cancel on shorter notice than 60 days you will lose the entire reservation amount. NON-REFUNDABLE PROPERTIES include but are not limited to, Broken Ridge Ranch, Seasons at McCall, and all McCall lakefront properties: A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is due at booking and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival day, which will be fully non-refundable at this time. No refund for late arrivals or early departures. (May vary with specials & packages)
