Description

3rd level unit
This unit is cute and updated located on the upper level with gorgeous views of the Payette River from the patio. Once in the unit, both bedrooms are on the main level. The master bedroom features a private bathroom with a new shower with dual showerheads. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The second bathroom has granite counters and new fixtures with a tub/shower combo. There is also a wall ladder to a loft area for an older child with a twin size bed. This area is not suitable for young children.

The living room has large windows to enjoy the view and let in lots of light with sliding doors out to the private patio. The living area also features a cozy wood-burning fireplace, a flat-screen TV with cable, and nice leather furniture. The living area is open to the dining area, as well as being open to the updated kitchen. The kitchen has new stainless steel appliances and has been updated with granite counters.

This complex is located on the river with a seasonal pool and tennis court access during the summer season. Also has single car garage access for rental guests.

"We enjoyed our stay at Rivers Bend. The condo is well furnished and the bed in the master is great. We thought the condo was overpriced for off-season. We went with an expectation that we would watch the BSU-VA football game on TV at the condo, as the information stated the condo has cable. However, we found that cable channels are VERY limited and don't include ESPN. This would have been a deal breaker if we'd have known. We had to find a local bar/restaurant in McCall to watch the game. The folks at the management company were very nice and accommodating. Unit C-18 General Policies:

Cancellation/Deposit Policy:
To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations. (May vary with specials & packages)

Some notes about amenities
Pets: Pets are only allowed in units marked as pet friendly and only with notice to InIdaho at time of reservation.  Pets may require an additional fee and may only be allowed in specific units.  Undeclared pets are subject to extra charges and possible eviction from unit without refund.

Air conditioning:  Most vacation rentals in Idaho do not have air conditioning.  Even on warm days, mountain properties generally enjoy cool evening temperatures so air conditioning is not the "norm".  If air conditioning is not listed in the amenities list, the unit does not have air conditioning.   Generally, it is best to close all windows and shades during the hot days, and then open windows in evening when it cools off.
