2 Level Unit
This luxurious 3 bedroom + media room, 3 bath condo comfortably sleeps 10 people. This townhome has a filtered lake view. Decor is upscale and comfortable, all rooms have vaulted ceilings.
Upon entering the home, guests will go up several stairs to the main level, which contains an open floor plan living room, dining room with gas fireplace and gourmet kitchen with top of the line appliances for cooking. Also on main floor is master bedroom with a king bed and private bath with a 2 sink vanity, unique walk in stone floor shower and separate jetted tub. The second bedroom on main floor has a queen bed and uses the hall bathroom with deep soaking tub and separate stall shower. On the lower level is the laundry room and the media room with two twin beds (This room does not have a closet), cable TV/DVD and treadmill. The bedroom on this level has a king bed and uses the hall bathroom with stall shower.

Unit 1337 General Policies:
Cancellation/Deposit Policy:
50% of the total reservation is due when the reservation is made. If the reservation is canceled at any time you will forfeit the 50% deposit and a $50 bookkeeping fee. If you cancel 30 days or less prior to arrival there is no refund and the entire reservation amount will be charged. Balance due 31 days prior to arrival date. Deposit & balance will be processed automatically. Damages or loss of the owner's property or the need for excessive cleaning will incur additional charges. (May vary with specials & packages)
