Description

Located near a creek
This ground floor entry, single level unit is handicap accessible and can sleep up to 4 people. The master bedroom has a Queen bed and you'll find the bathroom located off the master bedroom as well. Relax in front of the gas fireplace in the living room or head out to the patio, where you will find a small creek. This unit also has Apple TV for you to enjoy during your stay.

You are just a few minutes drive to both Sun Valley Village and the Harker Center, where summertime amenities include an outdoor swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room and tennis courts.

Unit 2386 General Policies:

Cancellation/Deposit Policy:
25% deposit due at booking. Full balance due 45 days prior to arrival or 60 days prior for Christmas holiday reservations. $100 cancellation fee if cancelled at any time. If cancelled outside of 45 days prior, deposit if fully refundable minus the $100 cancel fee. If cancelled 45 days or less prior to arrival full balance is non-refundable. All reservations have a one time 8% resort fee. (May vary with specials & packages)

Some notes about amenities
Pets: Pets are only allowed in units marked as pet friendly and only with notice to InIdaho at time of reservation.  Pets may require an additional fee and may only be allowed in specific units.  Undeclared pets are subject to extra charges and possible eviction from unit without refund.

Air conditioning:  Most vacation rentals in Idaho do not have air conditioning.  Even on warm days, mountain properties generally enjoy cool evening temperatures so air conditioning is not the "norm".  If air conditioning is not listed in the amenities list, the unit does not have air conditioning.   Generally, it is best to close all windows and shades during the hot days, and then open windows in evening when it cools off.

All amenities are always subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed.
Please note that amenities such as hot tubs and pools are especially susceptible to closure for maintenance.  While we understand that our customers often choose a property based on amenities, we can not offer any discounts or refunds based on an amenity not being available during your stay.
