Description

This beautifully furnished unit offers luxury with comfort and style. The great room features vaulted ceilings, wood blinds and a stone gas fireplace. The fully-equipped gourment kitchen has top-quality appliances. The flex room can serve as an office, den or third bedroom. The master suite has a full bathroom with a double sink vanity, tile shower and countertops and a deep soaker bathtub. The second bedroom and flex room each have a bathroom with a shower. Enjoy the open deck, complete with gas BBQ and patio furniture.

Parking: the Aspen units have a 1-car detached garage that guests have access to. Additional vehicles must be parked in the adjacent parking spaces, which are no more than about 30 feet from the homes.

Staff is available to grocery shop prior to your arrival, as well as make massage reservations at the on-property spa, arrange babysitting or other personal needs you may have.

Aspen Floorplan General Policies:

Cancellation/Deposit Policy:

There is a 25% deposit a time of booking, and the balance is automatically charged 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made 60 days prior to arrival are subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee. If cancelled between 60-31 days prior to arrival, the 25% deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations made 30 days or less prior to arrival, the full amount of the reservation is non-refundable. (May vary with specials & packages)

Some notes about amenities
Pets: Pets are only allowed in units marked as pet friendly and only with notice to InIdaho at time of reservation. Pets may require an additional fee and may only be allowed in specific units. Undeclared pets are subject to extra charges and possible eviction from unit without refund.

Air conditioning: Most vacation rentals in Idaho do not have air conditioning. Even on warm days, mountain properties generally enjoy cool evening temperatures so air conditioning is not the "norm". If air conditioning is not listed in the amenities list, the unit does not have air conditioning. Generally, it is best to close all windows and shades during the hot days, and then open windows in evening when it cools off.
