Upper Level Unit
This unit has been recently renovated and painted. The spacious living room has a gas fireplace, sofa and 2 easy chairs. There is a dining table with lake view that seats 6, and a small dining table that seats four in the alcove near the wet bar great for breakfast or game playing. The master bedroom on the main floor has a queen bed and 3 easy chairs, private bathroom with deep bathtub and separate stall shower. Upstairs is a bathroom with tub and shower, one bedroom with one queen bed, and a loft with a shuttered wall containing one queen bed.

Unit 07 General Policies:

Cancellation/Deposit Policy:
50% of the total reservation is due when the reservation is made. If the reservation is canceled at any time you will forfeit the 50% deposit and a $50 bookkeeping fee. If you cancel 30 days or less prior to arrival there is no refund and the entire reservation amount will be charged. Balance due 31 days prior to arrival date. Deposit & balance will be processed automatically. Damages or loss of the owner's property or the need for excessive cleaning will incur additional charges.  (May vary with specials & packages)

Properties marked as having the 7th night free are based on paid nights. Not all properties participate or allow more than 1 free night per reservation. It may or may not be able to be used in conjunction with other specials. Ask your reservationist.

Some notes about amenities
Pets: Pets are only allowed in units marked as pet friendly and only with notice to InIdaho at time of reservation.  Pets may require an additional fee and may only be allowed in specific units.  Undeclared pets are subject to extra charges and possible eviction from unit without refund.

Air conditioning:  Most vacation rentals in Idaho do not have air conditioning.  Even on warm days, mountain properties generally enjoy cool evening temperatures so air conditioning is not the "norm".  If air conditioning is not listed in the amenities list, the unit does not have air conditioning.   Generally, it is best to close all windows and shades during the hot days, and then open windows in evening when it cools off.
