Description:
This lovely home is located in the desirable Bitterroot neighborhood, situated between Ketchum and Sun Valley. It is only a four-minute walk to downtown restaurants, bars, and shopping by taking the neighborhood bridge across Trail Creek. It is the perfect combination, providing a quiet mountain retreat with easy access to both downtown Ketchum and the Sun Valley Lodge.
Appointed with contemporary furnishings and a modern kitchen, it is ideal for family gatherings and entertaining. The home features 4-bedrooms and 5-bathrooms. Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. The master has a king bed and the second bedroom has a queen. As a bonus, there are two twin beds in the loft area. Two additional bedrooms are located downstairs, one with a queen and the other with a full bed. These bedrooms each have a separate full bath.
The kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line, new appliances and plenty of seating for the whole family. The adjoining living room features a gas-burning fireplace and large windows bringing in lots of light and a view of Bald Mountain in the distance. You can enjoy the expansive deck off the kitchen/dining room for outdoor entertaining and your summer cookout on the gas grill. There is also a large family room with a flat-screen TV and a full bath attached on the lower level. For your convenience, there is one stall available for guest parking in the attached garage

Cancellation Policy: 25% deposit is due at time of booking. The final balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival day. If a booking is made on or less than 60 days before your arrival day, full payment will be due upon booking. If you cancel 60 days or more prior to your arrival day, a full refund will be issued less a $200 cancellation fee. No refunds once you are 59 days or less prior to your arrival day. (May vary with packages)
