Above Par offers a well and thoughtfully equipped home with a gorgeous view and is a great launching pad for all the adventures you can plan! Stare at beautiful Lake Cascade and West Mountain for the day, sit and read a book under the shade of the pine trees, bring your clubs and enjoy the Golf Course, or hit the lake or the mountains with your favorite motorized toy, skis, or fishing pole.
The kitchen has a retro Jenn-Aire cooktop stove, an oak butcher block countertop, a stainless-steel breakfast bar, and a brand-new SAMSUNG refrigerator. The oak dining table will seat six and the open concept makes it easy to socialize with one another for maximum conversations, laughs, and memories. The living room has leather couches with a flat-screen TV for watching your latest Netflix series (with your own account), but the star of the show is the view!
All bedrooms boast new 10" high-density, cool foam mattresses for a restful night's sleep with new anti-pill sheets and anti-allergen comforters. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The delightful backyard has a seasonal fireplace where you can roast marshmallows with the kids, tell fishing stories with the guys, or relax with a glass of wine with the ladies. This home is located in a very quiet subdivision that is easily accessed off Highway 55.
Things to Note: No trailers. This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".

Cancellation Policy: DOES NOT ACCEPT Amex or Discover. Must be at least 25 years old and be an occupant the whole stay. A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is due at booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the stay (60 days if reserving a non-refundable property). If you cancel the reservation 60 days or more prior to the arrival date, a 5% penalty + $100 bookkeeping fee will apply. If you cancel on shorter notice than 60 days you will lose the entire reservation amount. NON-REFUNDABLE PROPERTIES include but are not limited to, Broken Ridge Ranch, Seasons at McCall, and all McCall lakefront properties: A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is due at booking and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival day, which will be fully non-refundable at this time. No refund for late arrivals or early departures. (May vary with packages)
