Walking distance to shops, restaurants, breweries, the lake, the marina, and the public beaches - this is a prime location! Bike and walking paths are nearby - take the bikes for a ride or stroll to town or Ponderosa State Park.
There is a Smart TV in the living room with Roku so you can stream your favorite shows or movies. Enjoy your morning coffee or a nightcap on the back patio under the Idaho stars.
There are two bedrooms, both with queen beds, making this a great couple's retreat or a perfect family getaway to McCall!
This pet-friendly home has a large, fully fenced yard, a one-car garage, and a deep driveway that will accommodate your vehicles or trailer and toys. This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".

Cancellation Policy: DOES NOT ACCEPT Amex or Discover. Must be at least 25 years old and be an occupant the whole stay. A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is due at booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the stay (60 days if reserving a non-refundable property). If you cancel the reservation 60 days or more prior to the arrival date, a 5% penalty + $100 bookkeeping fee will apply. If you cancel on shorter notice than 60 days you will lose the entire reservation amount. NON-REFUNDABLE PROPERTIES include but are not limited to, Broken Ridge Ranch, Seasons at McCall, and all McCall lakefront properties: A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is due at booking and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival day, which will be fully non-refundable at this time. No refund for late arrivals or early departures. (May vary with packages)
