Description:
Ever wonder what it would be like to fall asleep right on the water of a crystal clear lake? Well, experience it for yourself here in this fantastic floating home on Lake Pend Orielle. Slipping into vacation mode won't be difficult on this trip, as you can easily brew a cup of coffee each morning and step out to the deck as you dip your toes in the water.
When the day heats up, a ladder off of the deck will allow you to ease your way into the refreshing water for a quick dip. Not to mention, the gas grill and sitting area will come in handy for summer cookouts as the sun goes down.
Inside, you will find modern comforts including free WiFi, stylish furnishing throughout, a fully equipped kitchen, and three lovely bedrooms. Two of those three bedrooms allow guests to get their own privacy. The third bedroom can be considered a sunny sleeping nook located right off the main living space.
Best of all, you will have ample entertainment with board games, a vinyl record player to set the mood, and a flatscreen TV to stream favorite shows and movies as the stars come out.
Things to Note: Phone service is limited, especially if it is not Verizon. Any guests bringing a boat must contact Bayview Marinas for a boat slip (fees will apply). They will also provide information for trailer parking. No tie-ups for boats at the floating home. Beginning May 1, 2022, all vehicles parked in floating home lots will require a parking permit. The Bayview Marina charges $5/vehicle per day to park (subject to change without notice). We apologize for any inconvenience but we have no control over the marina and its policies. The Marina can be reached at 208-683-2243. Their hours of operation are 9:00 A.M. - 6:00 P.M. (subject to change without notice). If you arrive after they close please see the marina in the morning for a pass.
Parking Notes: Park above G Dock near the boat launch wherever it does not say "no overnight parking." Plenty of spots about 100 feet from the dock entrance. This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".

Cancellation Policy: To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations. (May vary with packages)
