This newly renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bath home has a touch of fresh, modern flair inside. Brightened with beautiful landscape prints, this home inspires you to go out and explore! The heart of the home is punctuated with a spacious, custom concrete countertop with 4 bar stools and new stainless appliances.
This home is centrally located for all your outdoor fun. It's a short walk to Cascade Lake, just over 6 miles to Tamarack Resort, and easy access to Highway 55, to make a quick jaunt to Jug Mountain Ranch or McCall.
After long days of adventuring, you and yours can rest up in one of the two bedrooms with queen beds or the third bedroom which has two twin bunk beds. The sofa is also a sleeper if you need that one extra spot to spread out.
Choose your mood and flip on the gas fireplace or stream something on the new flat screen. Don't forget to bring along your trusted companion, because this home is pet-friendly (with an additional fee).
Guests have access to the 2-car garage and a driveway that can accommodate another 2 cars or 1 vehicle and 1 trailer. No parking allowed on the street. This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".

Cancellation Policy: DOES NOT ACCEPT Amex or Discover. Must be at least 25 years old and be an occupant the whole stay. A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is due at booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the stay (60 days if reserving a non-refundable property). If you cancel the reservation 60 days or more prior to the arrival date, a 5% penalty + $100 bookkeeping fee will apply. If you cancel on shorter notice than 60 days you will lose the entire reservation amount. NON-REFUNDABLE PROPERTIES include but are not limited to, Broken Ridge Ranch, Seasons at McCall, and all McCall lakefront properties: A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is due at booking and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival day, which will be fully non-refundable at this time. No refund for late arrivals or early departures. (May vary with packages)
