Make lasting memories with your family at this laid-back, dog-friendly Donnelly cottage. This updated A-frame is a charming throwback to simpler times but has been lovingly maintained with all the modern amenities of home. There is a new, private hot tub added in 2021!
Only a short walk from the beautiful shores of Lake Cascade, this home is minutes from the attractions and recreation of Donnelly, Idaho. The surrounding national forests are full of trails and Tamarack Resort is about 10 minutes away. McCall is about 20 minutes to the north.
The Donnelly Boat Docks are about two miles away, where you may launch your boat.
Relax next to the gas fireplace for a movie or board game. You'll have endless viewing opportunities with the WiFi and Smart TV (Roku) and DVD player. Take the opportunity to enjoy the well-equipped kitchen, which provides the perfect space to whip up a delicious meal.
Sleeping up to 6 adults and 2 infants, this home has an upstairs bedroom with a queen bed, a master with a brand new sleep number queen bed, and a full-sized sofa bed in the living room. The full bathroom on the main floor has a jetted soaker tub and the upstairs 1/2 bath is small, but handy if you don't want to walk down the stairs at night.
With a deep two-car garage and a large, paved driveway, guests will love that they have ample room to park toys and cars (up to 5 vehicles can park off the street). Snowmobilers will love the large driveway (room for 3 trucks and 2 trailers) and skiers/boarders will love the proximity to Tamarack Ski Resort. The backyard patio is a great place to spend an evening grilling or relaxing around the seasonal fire pit.
This home is pet-friendly, but pre-approval is required in all instances. When inquiring please include the pet's breed, weight, and age. For approved pets, there is a fee per pet.
The gas grill may not available during the winter months due to snow. This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".
