Description:
Well-appointed lakefront home in the PERFECT location with breath-taking views and a private hot tub! This home offers 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms + a bonus and media room, allowing a sleeping capacity of 10. This property sits on a large, private waterfront lot that is close to downtown Sandpoint and it is also an easy drive to Schweitzer Ski Resort. Enjoy the waters of Lake Pend Oreille with many waterfront restaurants and easy boating into the town of Sandpoint.

Very comfortable furnishings, which are mostly brand new. Fully stocked kitchen, washer & dryer, flat screen TV with cable and a DVD player, and a spacious lawn that extends down to the lake.

This property also includes a private BBQ area, basketball hoop, volleyball court, horseshoe pit and Wi-Fi. Don't forget the private boat dock with great swimming and a seasonal fire-pit.

This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".

Cancellation Policy: To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations. (May vary with packages)
