"Lane Ranch Neighborhood" Description: The Lane Ranch neighborhood is located east of Elkhorn, south of Ketchum and across Elkhorn Road from the Weyyakin neighborhood in a convenient area about a mile and a quarter from the heart of downtown Ketchum. Lane Ranch is a beautiful development with 30 acres of common space, aspen groves, walkways and trout ponds. An outdoor seasonal pool, tennis courts and indoor hot tub are all amenities that are offered to homeowners and registered renters. The KART (Ketchum Area Rapid Transit) shuttle does not offer service in the Lane Ranch neighborhood, however during the summer access to the bikepath is very convenient.
