Mountain Tyme is a custom, lakefront luxury getaway, in a perfect location with amazing views! You'll only be 5 miles from Tamarack Resort, where you can enjoy skiing, golf, marina access, Village restaurants, and shopping. Sit around the seasonal fire pit, soak in the hot tub, gaze at the mountains, and paddle your boards/kayaks on the lake! This house has it all to make sure your vacation is perfect.
Warm up by one of the three fireplaces during those colder days. When it comes time to cook up some meals for everyone, there is a chef's kitchen - perfect for entertaining with two farmhouse sinks, two dishwashers, two gas ranges, two fridges, and a dining area to make special memories around the large table after a day of fun on the mountain or lake!
You will enter the cozy foyer/library and be greeted by custom rough-hewn beams and woodwork throughout. The upstairs loft has a TV, a wrap-around mezzanine overlooking the great room, and deck access. There is a walk-out patio with a 28 ft. sunken lakeview stone fire pit below with a landscaped yard. You will have backyard access to Cascade Lake where you can enjoy paddle boarding, swimming, snowshoeing, or snowmobiling out your back door on the lake to West Mountain public lands!
Things to Note: This home has exterior surveillance that records motion and sound.
Parking Notes: 2-car garage with a deep driveway that has room for trailers. No street parking. This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".

Cancellation Policy: 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation. Final balance is charged 60 days prior to arrival. If you have to cancel at any time there is a $75 cancellation fee. Cancellations prior to 61 days will receive a full refund less the $75 cancellation fee. Reservation is fully non-refundable if cancelled 60 days or less prior to arrival. CHANGES: There is a $75.00 charge, plus tax, for changing the dates of your reservation or transferring to a different unit. No changes at all will be allowed less than 60 days prior to your arrival date. (May vary with packages)
