Things to Know: You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. Phone service in Bayview is limited, especially if guests do not have access to the Verizon network. It may be best to have directions and lockbox codes saved before arriving in Bayview. No events/parties. There is an outdoor Ring device, only on the outside of the property.

This year the adjacent Lilac Cottage is occupied by a lovely small family and their playful Labrador. It may be available in 2023 for vacation rental.

Parking Notes: 4 vehicles in the driveway. Please park 2 vehicles in front of the detached 2-car garage. The other 2 vehicles will need to be parked at the top of the driveway. The single-car garage is parking for the long-term tenants in the other unit on this property. Please do your best to keep the driveway clear so they can have access to their parking area.
