Unwind into vacation mode at this charming home situated right outside the lovely Garden District neighborhood. After a day of hiking scenic trails, lounging on sandy beaches, or kayaking the open waters, kick back in the living room and stream favorite TV shows. Prepare home-cooked meals in the kitchen, then dine at the table for two. A private washer/dryer adds convenience during your stay. Spend leisurely afternoons in your spacious backyard. Have fun in the sun with a classic lawn game while the family dogs run around and play.

Parking Notes: 2 vehicles can be parked behind the home by the gate or in front of the home in the street.

This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".

Cancellation Policy: To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations. (May vary with packages)
