Description:
This home is lakefront with a beach, private dock, and a great patio area near the dock for enjoying Payette Lake with the whole family! This is an original lakefront home in McCall that comfortably accommodates 8 guests. There are 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has 2 queen beds (this room also has a pull-out twin bench bed), and the third bedroom has another king bed.
Enjoy the panoramic views of the beautiful Payette Lake which includes front row seats to the 4th of July fireworks! Hang out with friends and family in the hot tub or by the seasonal fire pit on the private beach. There is a balcony off of the master bedroom, a mid-level deck, and a lower patio area.
This home has a fully stocked kitchen, gas BBQ grill, board games, plenty of blankets/pillows/towels, washer and dryer, a DVD player with DVDs, Smart TVs, and WIFI.
There are two paddleboards on the 'dock deck' for guest use as well!
The pull-through driveway allows for easy parking.
Things to note: The fireplaces are out-of-order and cannot be used. This is a non-refundable property.
The guest renting this home must be an adult 25 years or older and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reservation period.

Cancellation Policy: DOES NOT ACCEPT Amex or Discover. Must be at least 25 years old and be an occupant the whole stay. A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is due at booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the stay (60 days if reserving a non-refundable property). If you cancel the reservation 60 days or more prior to the arrival date, a 5% penalty + $100 bookkeeping fee will apply. If you cancel on shorter notice than 60 days you will lose the entire reservation amount. NON-REFUNDABLE PROPERTIES include but are not limited to, Broken Ridge Ranch, Seasons at McCall, and all McCall lakefront properties: A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is due at booking and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival day, which will be fully non-refundable at this time. No refund for late arrivals or early departures. (May vary with packages)
