Experience the beauty of McCall the right way with a stay at this magnificent retreat boasting views of the pond, an excellent location near town, and a massive furnished deck to allow everyone to soak up summer sunshine with ease!

This spacious home is located on Rio Vista Pond (non-motorized pond), just minutes from downtown McCall. The property includes a private dock where you can launch your paddleboards and enjoy the pond. Row boating, fishing, and swimming are right outside your back door. Two large decks allow you to enjoy the views and the abundant wildlife around the pond.

This home consists of rustic wood accents, a nostalgic stone fireplace, mountain decor, a seasonal fire pit, and a gourmet kitchen that will come in handy for meal prep after a full day of hiking and skiing. When it comes time to settle down, the home is split into two floors, the upper floor is home to the main living area, and the main bedroom boasting an attached bathroom. Downstairs you will find a game room with a mini pool table and three more bedrooms.

Long day? Take a soak in the private hot tub (added Sept 2022) located on the back deck overlooking the pond.

Parking Notes: No garage access. Parking for 3 cars.

This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".

Cancellation Policy: DOES NOT ACCEPT Amex or Discover. Must be at least 25 years old and be an occupant the whole stay. A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is due at booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the stay (60 days if reserving a non-refundable property). If you cancel the reservation 60 days or more prior to the arrival date, a 5% penalty + $100 bookkeeping fee will apply. If you cancel on shorter notice than 60 days you will lose the entire reservation amount. NON-REFUNDABLE PROPERTIES include but are not limited to, Broken Ridge Ranch, Seasons at McCall, and all McCall lakefront properties: A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is due at booking and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival day, which will be fully non-refundable at this time. No refund for late arrivals or early departures. (May vary with packages)
