Description:
Located 10 miles North of McCall in New Meadows, this cozy home sits on the MeadowCreek Golf Course with great views of the surrounding area! There are 3-bedrooms and 3-baths that will accommodate up to 6 guests. The master bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen, and the third bedroom has a futon.

Some amenities include a private washer/dryer, DirecTV, WiFi, and a propane fireplace. Guests will also have access to a 2-car garage.

For a minimal daily fee, you can have access to a seasonal outdoor pool, tennis, and pickleball courts. There is also a stocked pond for fishing when in season!

Close to Zim's Hot Springs, rafting in Riggins, Brundage Mountain Ski Resort, and Payette Lake in McCall!

This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".

Cancellation Policy: $50.00 bookkeeping fee if cancelled anytime per unit. 25% Deposit is due at the time of booking. If cancelled 30-14 days before arrival the first night's lodging and a $50.00 processing fee are non-refundable. Final payment is due 14 days before arrival, if cancelled 14 days or less before arrival full balance is forfeited. When booking 9 months or more in advance, a 60-day cancellation policy applies. If the reservation is cancelled outside of 60 days before the first night's lodging and $50.00 processing fee is non-refundable (no tax included). If the reservation is cancelled 60 days or less prior, the full amount of the reservation is non-refundable. Any changes before 60 days will be charged a $50.00 change fee. (May vary with packages)

Check In/Out: 3:00-5:00pm/11:00am

Check in Location: 805 North Third (Hwy 55). Next to McCall Brew Pub and 2 blocks south of the lake on the east side of road.
