This spacious home is located in a serene, woodsy location less than a 1/2 mile from Payette Lake and less than 8 miles from Brundage Mountain. With an outdoor fire pit, lovely patio, private hot tub and cozy indoor wood stove, this home is the perfect spot for your next getaway.
This is a single-story home. The living room, kitchen and dining area are open to one another with hardwood floors throughout. The wood stove in the living room provides a cozy vibe for relaxing in front of the flat-screen TV. The fully-equipped kitchen has plenty of space along with the essentials for cooking meals (including a dishwasher). The dining space is cozy with seating for 6 guests. If you would prefer to dine alfresco you're in luck! A Traeger BBQ is located on the front porch to grill up something delicious. The backyard is clad with a picnic table offering a serene space to dine amongst the surrounding pine trees.
With 3-bedrooms and 2-bathrooms this home will sleep up to 8 guests total. The Master has a Queen bed plus en-suite bathroom and sliding glass door access to the back patio and hot tub. The master bathroom is finished with a shower/tub combo alongside a vanity. The other two guestrooms each have a Twin bed with Twin trundle underneath. One of the sofas folds out into a sofa sleeper. The second bathroom is a shared guest bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
Head outside to the back patio with a seasonal fire pit, picnic table, deck chairs, grill and private hot tub! Other great features of this home include Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, covered front porch, DVD player and close proximity to downtown McCall.
The driveway has space for up to 2 vehicles. This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".

Cancellation Policy: DOES NOT ACCEPT Amex or Discover. Must be at least 25 years old and be an occupant the whole stay. A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is due at booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the stay (60 days if reserving a non-refundable property). If you cancel the reservation 60 days or more prior to the arrival date, a 5% penalty + $100 bookkeeping fee will apply. If you cancel on shorter notice than 60 days you will lose the entire reservation amount. NON-REFUNDABLE PROPERTIES include but are not limited to, Broken Ridge Ranch, Seasons at McCall, and all McCall lakefront properties: A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is due at booking and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival day, which will be fully non-refundable at this time. No refund for late arrivals or early departures. (May vary with packages)
