Description:
This spacious home in a quiet neighborhood makes a great retreat for families and entertaining. It features 4.5 bedroom, 4 bath, with jacuzzi tub and steam shower (master bedroom has an attached bathroom; rest of bathrooms are not attached), large custom kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, TV/DVD/Cable, wet bar, 2 fireplaces that are wood-burning but only allow firelogs, multiple decks with built-in BBQ area, garage, and great views of Birch #4 fairway on the golf course.

There are 5 dedicated parking spaces, including 2 in the garage. The driveway is steep.

This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".

Cancellation Policy: DOES NOT ACCEPT Amex or Discover. Must be at least 25 years old and be an occupant the whole stay. A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is due at booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the stay (60 days if reserving a non-refundable property). If you cancel the reservation 60 days or more prior to the arrival date, a 5% penalty + $100 bookkeeping fee will apply. If you cancel on shorter notice than 60 days you will lose the entire reservation amount. NON-REFUNDABLE PROPERTIES include but are not limited to, Broken Ridge Ranch, Seasons at McCall, and all McCall lakefront properties: A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is due at booking and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival day, which will be fully non-refundable at this time. No refund for late arrivals or early departures. (May vary with packages)

"Was a beautiful setting for a few families to get together to celebrate our folks 60th anniversary. Deer hung out (a bear even strolled thru the drive one evening) Only drawback for us was that the dishwasher wasn't to be used, hot tub was waiting on parts and wood porch swing was in disrepair and unusable. The home itself and supplies were more than adequate! Thank you for a lovely time!"
