The employees were all pleasant, the food was excellent and the room was great. I especially enjoye the balconey and watching the ice skaters and the view of the mountains. The only thing that would have made it better is if the hotel would accept pets, like the Ritz and Four Seasons. We may have to look for accomadations elsewhere in the future for that reason. The indiviudual rooms needed some drastic updating in the bathrooms. InIdaho provided a prompt confirmation of our request and when we arrived at Sun Valley Lodge were treated to not only the King Balcony Room with balcony but the adjoining Parlor Room with another balcony. We had a view of the Ski Mountain and the Ice Rink. Services and Food were exquisite..Zoe at InIdaho and Sun Valley Lodge were great.
