Description

With numerous hiking, mountain biking, and ski trails close to home, this updated condo is the ideal perch for your Sun Valley getaway. After a day of outdoor adventure, drive minutes to reach local restaurants or take advantage of the complex's luxe amenities. In the summer months, stretch out by one of the two on-site pools - one of which boasts scenic mountain views. In the winter months, take a leisurely soak in the shared hot tub or relax in the complex's sauna.

The open-style layout of the first-floor condo makes it easy for your group to socialize. Sip cocktails while you lounge in the living room, outfitted with a Smart TV. Equipped with stainless steel appliances, the modern kitchen features everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals. When it's time to eat, gather at the four-person dining table. A private washer/dryer adds convenience.

Things to Note: The fireplace in the living room is not operational.

Unit 4025 (Fun in the Sun Valley) General Policies:

Cancellation/Deposit Policy:
To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations. (May vary with specials & packages)

Some notes about amenities
Pets: Pets are only allowed in units marked as pet friendly and only with notice to InIdaho at time of reservation.  Pets may require an additional fee and may only be allowed in specific units.  Undeclared pets are subject to extra charges and possible eviction from unit without refund.

Air conditioning:  Most vacation rentals in Idaho do not have air conditioning.  Even on warm days, mountain properties generally enjoy cool evening temperatures so air conditioning is not the "norm".  If air conditioning is not listed in the amenities list, the unit does not have air conditioning.   Generally, it is best to close all windows and shades during the hot days, and then open windows in evening when it cools off.

All amenities are always subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed.
Please note that amenities such as hot tubs and pools are especially susceptible to closure for maintenance.  While we understand that our customers often choose a property based on amenities, we can not offer any discounts or refunds based on an amenity not being available during your stay.
