Ridge 86 is the perfect condo for your next Sun Valley vacation. This 1,191 square foot vacation rental is situated right on the 8th green of the Elkhorn golf course and has access to the Elkhorn amenities.
This two bedroom and two bath condo is centrally located in Elkhorn. Ridge 86 features a fully equipped kitchen with seating for two in the kitchen and seating for up to 6 in the dining area. The living room has a sectional couch and two armchairs. Guests can unwind after a long day in front of the fireplace or enjoy the smart TV. Off the living room, there is deck with an outdoor gas grill that overlooks the 8th green of the Elkhorn Golf Course.
The master Bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV and an en suite bathroom. The master also has a private deck off of the bedroom. The other bedroom has two twin beds and a second bathroom right outside in the hallway.

Cancellation/Deposit Policy:
25% deposit is due at time of booking. The final balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival day. If a booking is made on or less than 60 days before your arrival day, full payment will be due upon booking. If you cancel 60 days or more prior to your arrival day, a full refund will be issued less a $200 cancellation fee. No refunds once you are 59 days or less prior to your arrival day. (May vary with specials & packages)
