This professionally decorated 2,300 square foot Greystone condominium is the ideal home away from home for any season while enjoying all that McCall has to offer.
The spacious great room and dining area feature a beautiful stone fireplace and vaulted ceilings, an entertainment center with large LCD TV, and a deck that overlooks the Greystone common area. The residence has mixture of hardwood, tile and carpeted floor throughout and is considered one of the most luxurious rentals in McCall.
You'll enjoy the fully equipped, gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances for all your culinary experiences, but if you'd rather cook outdoors, there is a BBQ on the patio.
The generous master suite is located on the main level. It has a combination TV/DVD/VCR in the bedroom and a Jacuzzi tub in the master bath. Also on the main level the second large bedroom suite. A third bedroom suite is located on the lower level down the hall from the bunk room that has 2 sets of bunk beds and an entertainment unit with a combination TV/DVD/VCR.
The residence is equipped with wireless internet access, cable TV and has plenty of storage room in the 2 car garage.

Unit 1353 General Policies:
Cancellation/Deposit Policy:
$25.00 bookkeeping fee if cancelled anytime per unit. 25% Deposit due two weeks after booking. If cancelled 30-14 days prior to arrival the first night's lodging and a $25 processing fee is non-refundable. Final payment due 14 days prior to arrival, if cancelled 14 days or less prior to arrival full balance if forfeited. When booking six months or more in advance if the reservation is cancelled the first night's lodging and $25 processing fee are non-refundable. (May vary with specials & packages)
