I have a quick question about Bellflower Pines...

Description:
The Bellflower Pines home is located in the Spring Mountain Ranch development, near the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. This new home was built in 2003 and is great for a large family. The main floor has a kitchen with counter seating for 4, a dining table that seats 6, a gas fireplace, and large TV/VCR/DVD. The master bedroom is on the main floor with a queen bed, a large TV with DVD and private bathroom with a tub and shower. There's a bathroom in the hall downstairs. Upstairs in the open loft area is a futon sofa, TV w/VCR and lots of movies and games for kids, as well as a twin/twin trundle bed and an air hockey table. There's also a half bath down by the laundry room. Altogether, there are three bedrooms upstairs and one bedroom downstairs.

This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".

Cancellation Policy: 50% deposit due at the time of booking, final balance is due 14 days prior to arrival. Prior to 60 days you will be charged a $100.00 or 5% whichever is greater cancellation fee. Any changes prior to 60 days will be charged a $50.00 change fee. Cancellation of any portion of the reservation 15-60 days prior to arrival date will result in forfeiture of deposit for the nights cancelled. 14 days prior, guest is responsible for full balance of reservation, regardless of cancellation. (May vary with packages)

Also provided: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dishwasher tablet, all basic cooking and eating utensils and at least one garbage bag per can. All linens are also provided. Firewood is not guaranteed, some homes will only allow fire logs, in this event 1 fire log per day of rental will be provided for stays between 11/15 and 3/15. LP gas is not provided for gas BBQ's, it is requested that each guest refill upon departure. "This was a great cabin. We like to eat dinner as a family and having the big table was a plus. The loft had gaming so if the kids wanted to be up and adults down, that worked too. Also, Bellflower Pines, thank you for the DVD selection-we forgot ours and you had a great cross selection for our families"

"Contemporary, large and very comfortable home in a quiet area at a good price. It's a little tricky to find when the plowed drifts are more than 6 feet tall! There was plenty of room for our 7 man ski group to spread out. 3.5 baths made it easy to get bathroom business out of the way. We took all the available beds. There may have been a hide-a-bed or two. To get to 14 you'll have to double up. All in all I think everyone in our group would chill at Bellflower Pines again. "
