Description:
Frederick Lake is approx. 1900 square feet and has three levels with panoramic views of the lake from the great room, kitchen, dining room and the two lakeside bedrooms. It has a large deck over looking the lake off of the main floor and a smaller deck off of the 2 lakeside bedrooms. There is a large river rock (gas) fireplace in the great room. The dining room and kitchen are on the bottom level with the great room. The great room has a Queen sleeper sofa for additional guests.
The Upper floor houses three bedrooms - two with King beds and one with a Queen. There is one shared Jack-n-Jill bath on this floor. The Middle floor has one King bedroom and one full bathroom with vanity, toilet and shower. The lower deck has a separate exterior entrance into the home with a conveniently located toilet and vanity on the lowest floor.
For use from May - October there is an additional half bath by the lower deck.
This home is located 30 feet from the lake. This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".

Cancellation Policy: $50.00 bookkeeping fee if cancelled anytime per unit. 25% Deposit due at the time of booking. If cancelled 61 days prior to arrival the first night's lodging and a $10 processing fee is non-refundable. Final payment due 60 days prior to arrival, if cancelled 60 days or less prior to arrival full balance if forfeited. When booking six months or more in advance if the reservation is cancelled the first night's lodging and $50 processing fee are non-refundable. (May vary with packages)

"House was great!!! There was no information regarding key pickup/ how to get into the house. House ended being unlocked with key inside, so no problem in the end. More of a warning would have been helpful regarding the steep driveway, but there were also possibilities to park along the road - so all good. Overall, a great experience there! InIdaho Ed.
