About "Unit 09"
This condo is approximately 1,200 sq. ft., consisting of two-and-a-half bedrooms and three baths, which is spread across two levels with a second-floor entry, and is one of our closest properties to the lifts. The unit offers pleasing accommodations with moderate furnishings and some updated features. The condominium has a full kitchen and a dining table that seats eight. The living room has a wood-burning fireplace, a 42-inch flatscreen TV with cable and streaming, a DVD and CD player, as well as WiFi, and a small balcony.
The master bedroom has a queen bed, a 13-inch TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub and shower. The TVs in the loft and second bedroom are for DVD/Game use only. The second bedroom has two twin beds and access to a hallway bath. The loft has a queen bed, a bathroom with shower, and a walk-in closet. The washer/dryer is located in the hallway between the two bedrooms.

About Greyhawk
Greyhawk offers two and three bedroom units just a stones' throw from the lifts. All have fireplaces and mountain views. Amenities include outdoor pool that is heated to hot tub temps in Winter, sauna and on-site laundry facilities.
No booking fees like most companies. Just a professional, helpful and friendly staff who will find the best rates for you at Greyhawk.

"This unit is great for location (easy 100-yard walk to both Warm Springs Lodge and fee local bus service). Unit is clean, in good repair and the kitchen has appliances and gadgets to get you by for breakfasts and dinners that don'r require a lot of kitchen utensils. Nothing negative to say about the unit."

"We were very happy with Greyhawk #9 and would stay there again. The location is excellent, only steps from the Warm Springs lifts, with an excellent view. The apartment was well maintained with only a few small things that needed attention. It was equipped for every situation, also with washer and dryer."

POLICIES
Greyhawk Unit 09 Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 3-7 Depending on time of year and occupancy.
Check In/Out Time: 4:00-5:00pm/10:00am
Check in Location: 200 West River Street in Ketchum
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the rent plus tax is due at the time of booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and is fully non-refundable at this time. If canceled outside of 31+ days you would lose the 10% deposit plus a $150 cancel fee. There will be no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. All no-shows are non-refundable. (May vary with packages)
