All condos have summer access to the outdoor heated pool and private beach.
Things to Note: These Murphy beds are high-end.
About Crystal Beach
The Crystal Beach condos are located on Payette Lake with seasonal outdoor pool, lake & beach access during the summer. Located just a short walk from downtown, and located on the desirable south side of Payette Lake, Crystal Beach condominiums are a popular rental choice in both the summer and winter.
Views of Payette Lake are unobstructed from all units.
General Rules for Renters:
- Renters must register with the Crystal Beach Manager prior to or upon occupancy.
- Renters and there guests may not have pets of any kind on the property.
- Renter's guests (people other than those listed on the registration form) may not use the common area facilities including, but, not limited to, the pool area, beach or bocks.
- Renters may not store their boat or watercraft in any of the slips or dock spaces.
General:
* Pool Hours 10:00am - 10:00pm
* Quiet Times 10:00pm - 9:00am
* No trailers, RV campers or commercial vehicles are allowed to be parked in the parking lot.
All guests must sign the registration form before they enter the unit. The unit only allows the number of guests staying as it has beds to accommodate.

are not confirmed until you have made a reservation. We will always
strive to get you the lowest possible price.
Amenities: A list of amenities is provided by the
management company. Sometimes owners may change amenities
without notifying us. Additionally, amenities may break or
suddenly become unavailable. InIdaho does not guarantee any
amenity including hot tub use and internet access and does not
provide a credit or refund for missing or amenities that are not
available during your stay. All rentals are subject to our
site's Terms of Use.

"We had a great time. Some recommendations: For a summer stay, I would recommend fans to draw in cool, evening air. With construction, some windows were unable to open, which meant bedroom doors had to remain open at night along with front and back doors - not secure at night, but our only option. The dryer takes several cycles to dry anything and the washing machine door isn't seated properly, so we had to keep it closed with a broom. The fridge on the porch only keeps drinks cool. Would not keep food in it. Great access to the lake and beautiful views. "

"This was the best conceivable location. It is situated right on the lake within walking distance from everything in the town of McCall. It had a fabulous view and nice swimming pool. Couldn't recommend more highly. Next year hopefully we will stay longer if there are any units available. "

POLICIES
Crystal Beach Unit C-15 Beach Life Cancellation and other Policies
Minimum Stay: 2-7 nights Depending on Season
Check In/Out Time: 4:00 pm/10:00 am
Check in Location: Details provided prior to arrival
Cancellation Policy: DOES NOT ACCEPT Amex or Discover. Must be at least 25 years old and be an occupant the whole stay. A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is due at booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the stay (60 days if reserving a non-refundable property). If you cancel the reservation 60 days or more prior to the arrival date, a 5% penalty + $100 bookkeeping fee will apply. If you cancel on shorter notice than 60 days you will lose the entire reservation amount. NON-REFUNDABLE PROPERTIES include but are not limited to, Broken Ridge Ranch, Seasons at McCall, and all McCall lakefront properties: A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is due at booking and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival day, which will be fully non-refundable at this time. No refund for late arrivals or early departures. (May vary with packages)
