You'll be incredibly close to everything you want to do in McCall at this cozy, comfortable, two-story home. Enjoy plenty of space to relax both inside and out, including a wraparound deck with views of the evergreen treetops.
This home sits on the northeast side of the McCall Golf Club, well within walking distance of Payette Lake. You'll be one mile from both the quiet shores of Davis Beach and the entrance to Ponderosa State Park - a wonderful spot for everything from renting canoes and kayaks to Nordic skiing on groomed trails. Downtown McCall and its excellent restaurants, breweries, and conveniences are only two miles south as well.
In the summer months, begin and end each day outside on the wraparound deck.
The interior is full of familiar comforts, with the open, main living space upstairs on the second floor. Enjoy a kitchen with all the essentials, both a casual breakfast bar and a live-edge dining table, and a living room with leather sofas, a smart TV and DVD player, and a gas fireplace for warmth and ambiance. Downstairs, find a den with another smart TV, a full laundry room, and a primary bedroom suite (with the two guest rooms upstairs).

Cancellation Policy: To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations. (May vary with packages)
