$49 → Damage Waiver Fee: This waiver fee will cover accidental damages to the unit during a stay up to $1000-$3000. If the damage to the property exceeds covered amount, the guest is responsible for the balance and the pre-authorized credit card we have on file will be charged. All damages must be reported to manager by each guest immediately in order for the waiver to cover the damage. This Damage Waiver does NOT cover intentional damage, theft, or excessive cleaning, or any damage or flea infestation caused by a pet.
$25 → Pet Fee: Pet fee is per dog/per night. Two dogs max (prior approval required for more than 2 dogs).

Or savor your morning coffee on the treetop deck where the Payette River There are dedicated dining area and table to gather in and around. Stay warm in winter and on chilly, summer mornings with the propane fireplace and backup, baseboard heat. Warm natural woods and wood tones make the living area extra inviting and comfy. Enjoy your favorite movie on the 65-inch, 4K Samsung TV on the first floor or the 55-inch, 4K Samsung TV in the loft for easy NETFLIX and streaming apps access on either tv.

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath home can comfortably sleep 8 people. On the main level, just down the hall, is a guest bedroom with a queen bed and a second guest room with two twin beds. A hall access bathroom is convenient for all guests. Upstairs you will find a loft area with a bathroom and a queen bed with a treetop view of the woods. The couch in the living area downstairs converts to a sofa sleeper.

You will have garage access into this home as well as a deep enough driveway for your sled deck or boat trailer so don’t forget to bring your toys! There is room for about 1 trailer, comfortably. This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".
