Description:
The Osprey Perch in Sagle, Id is a rustic 2 bedroom 2 bath cabin overlooking the woods and water. Pet friendly and just minutes form Garfield Bay and Lake Pend Oreille.

This is a two level home perfect for the family to re connect as it doesn't have internet or TV. The main floor bedroom has a queen bed and upstairs you will find the master bedroom. Off the master is a small den with a futon.

This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".

Cancellation Policy: To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations. (May vary with packages)
