The perfect choice for a getaway with friends or family, this peaceful retreat leaves you within a stone's throw of the Spokane River and less than nine miles from downtown Coeur d'Alene!
The backyard is surrounded by a dense grove of pines, providing a private space for you and your guests to enjoy between outings. The breezy, ground-floor patio offers a shaded spot to relax while the sunny upper deck comes furnished for alfresco dining.
Enjoy some cozy downtime in the main living area while a Smart TV provides home entertainment in the downstairs space. The roomy full kitchen makes it a breeze to plan and prepare home-cooked meals.
Additional perks include free WiFi and a private washer/dryer.
Things to Note: The master was not shot for photos and still needs to be done. There are 5 bedrooms with 2 kings, 2 queen/full, and 1 twin with trundle

Cancellation Policy: To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations. (May vary with packages)
